Introduction:

• Welcome to the Stash Dispensary Rewards Program (“Program”), operated by Stash IL Holdco LLC DBA Stash Dispensaries. This Program is our way of thanking our loyal members for their continued patronage. Your participation in this Program signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility and Membership:

• To become a program member, you must meet the legal age for cannabis consumption in your jurisdiction and reside in the United States where the Program is available. 

To maintain membership, a member is required to make at least one purchase within 365 days from the time of their last purchase. 

Earning Points:

• Members earn one (1) point for every dollar ($1) spent on eligible purchases at Stash Dispensaries, calculated on the pre-tax amount. Points reflect the member’s spend after discounts and are exclusive of taxes and fees.
• Members may be offered additional opportunities to earn points through activities such as but not limited to: Attending an event hosted by Stash Dispensaries, meeting certain spending thresholds to earn points multipliers, or introducing new members to the Stash Rewards program. 
• Stash Dispensaries reserves the right to add, change or modify the points earning system at any time and without notice. 

Redemption:

• Points may be redeemed for:
  • Free Merchandise: Exchange points for specific merchandise items as defined by the Program.
  • Discount Vouchers or Coupons: Apply points to receive discount coupons which can be used on eligible products, adhering to our progressive rewards tier system. The coupon vouchers will be applied on the product net sales price (before taxes). The remaining taxes and fees are to be paid by the member. 
• To redeem the above, members must speak with a store associate at checkout at any Stash Dispensaries location to have the voucher applied to their transaction. 

Points Expiry:

• Points will not expire as long as the member maintains an active membership per the above guidelines. 

Points Transferability:

• Points are for the member’s use only and are non-transferable, not for sale, exchange, or to be gifted.

Account Management:

• Members must manage their accounts diligently, including contact details. Stash IL Holdco LLC is not liable for any loss due to misplaced or stolen points or accounts.

Program Modifications:

• Stash IL Holdco LLC may alter or cease the Program with/without prior notice, updating these terms accordingly. Changes are effective immediately upon announcement.

Termination:

• • Program participation may be terminated by Stash IL Holdco LLC for any breach of terms, fraudulent activities, or abuse of the Program’s privileges.

Privacy and Data Collection:

• Enrollment in the Program indicates consent to data collection used for Program operations, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• Stash IL Holdco LLC reserves the right to send periodically email, text, voicedrops, mailers or other marketing materials to active members. 

Governing Law: 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and Cook County, and any disputes arising from the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cook County, IL.
